A sub anywhere in the car other than the trunk is not doable. Well, anything is doable for the right amount of money, but it won't look or sound as good.
The custom pre-made box that many members have with 1 twelve sounds awesome (and would be enough bass for me), but if you want to "rattle windows" you'll need two subs.
