No offense, but I don't believe this for a second.... or does the complaint have to be directed at some other avenue than the survey that arrives in the mail?

Hey that reminds me.... the time I went ballistic about Five Star ineptitude at Bill Luke Chrysler in Phoenix, AZ I never got a survey in the mail. Wonder if those A-holes intercepted it knowing what the results would be.

Side note to Chrysler buyers in the Phoenix, AZ area... if you buy from Bill Luke they will tell you that "If you have a problem that you can't get resolved to your satisfaction {current owner} Don Luke wants to hear from you personally." Guess what, it's total BS. I tried like hell to reach Don Luke personally and his GM wouldn't let me past the gate. Worst part is that he insulted me with nonsense like "he's out of town, etc.".
