I think, since it takes only a free registration, that pretty much anyone can access our Galleries.

I don't remember seeing a disclaimer when I signed up.

Once a photo is posted to any Website, it is public domain. Think Google Images.

This might be an Adiministrator question. If you "click" a disclaimer when registering that proscribes unauthorized use of content including images, it would give those so aggreaved a course of action.

However, one has to demonstrate loss.
