There are plenty of us that have double digit miles on the car. I have 14,000 on mine. Mine isn't a daily driver, but a bunch of members do use the car as such. I'm trying to keep the miles low due to the terrible resale values, but I like to drive it too much. After all, it is a car meant for driving.

No drive train noise and I haven't heard of the wiper issue. If you just bought it, you should take it back and demand to have everything checked and repaired. The wiper issue is a safety hazzard and the dealership shouldn't sell a car without working wipers. That wouldn't even pass a state inspection in most states that require them.

The engines are noisy (tickers), and do idle a bit rough. Once in a while, the car will shake very slightly to the rythm of the stumbling idle. Pretty normal, as I have witnessed this in other SRTs and SLK32 AMG cars.
