When the wife's Touareg had some damage on the wheels (19" OEM), this company

refinished the whole wheel for around $200 IIRC - they strip all the paint, repair any damage, then repaint using factory match. After rotating I can't tell the difference between the refinished wheels and the original wheels after over a year.
