I checked for places that carried high end tires, then I visited a few - not too many here in western NC.

I found one that looked sharp, and was servicing MB, Audi, Porsche, etc when I stopped by, and I bought from them.

I did, however, do my homework first, and had internet quotes for the tires that I was considering (Nitto Invo & Vredenstein Sensata). They charged me $60 more than my best I-net quote, and $140 for the rest, but the svc was excellent and hassle free. They even tossed in some spiffy new stainless valve caps.
