That's the bad thing about dark colored cars in Texas. The previous owner of my wife's red coupe put dark window tint on it and she parks in a garage at the office. So, heat is never an issue.
Why don't you either tint the windows or use it for a weekend/leisure car? At least then you can exercise it and still enjoy it.
