Honestly, your biggest limitation in the engine swap is physical size. The V6 is packed in there pretty tight. You won't have much room for a larger motor. There's a guy here putting a V8 in it, but I don't know which engine.
The second biggest limtation, is as +fireamx said: money. Money makes all car problems go away, it's just a matter of how much.
