I believe that the comments about the mystery no start issue deal with the fact that the car won't crank over at all. This is certainly true in my case. All dash and warning lights come on, the fan even starts, but when you turn the key one more position you get nothing - no cranking, no clicking, nothing. So I don't know if the corrective action described on this thread would apply to your issue.
