By "cupped" I assume you mean that you see this on the outer/inner edges of the tires. I find it difficult to understand how a tire does this on its own and even harder to see how this happens to all 4. I have to think that the alignment (toe in/out) is not correct and that whoever mounted the tires made the same error on all 4 tires. Maybe you need to think about taking it to another shop?
