The treble and bass settings are individual for each mode, so the setting you make for FM can be different from your setting for CD and they should stick.

If you push and hold the AUD key, and go through the menu, there is a setting that lets you put everything back to default flat 0-0 in all modes.

If you disconnect your battery, you will lose your settings.

There is also 3 driver memories as well.
