I have no official stats, but the K&N's will flow more air, if given the opportunity ! Factory paper filters are ok, but they are designed to be effective and cheap, the K&N's are better quality and will flow much better. BHP gains will be negligable IMO, but every little helps
Warranty wise, if you are friendly with your dealer then not a problem. Depends on what it is in for. They couldn't blame your new filters if your drivers seat has sagged or the stereo is playing up. But if it was in for an engine component that could be related to the K&N's then they could get arsey !
The K&N's are painfully easy to fit. 10min job if that ! As mentioned do a quick search and see what you come up with, thats all I did before installing mine
