Seriously, I bet I could shave the time off if I had ET Streets and a good launch technique. My 60' times stink because I'm spinning my wheels instead of going down the track.
You mentioned duty... are you talking deployment? As in Army/Navy/Marines/Air Force?
If it's a traction issue, your pump is probably fine.
I don't know if I've gotten used to mine or what, but it just doesn't seem as fast as it used to be.
