Detro, I'm not sure what you're talking about. The Crossfire doesn't make any sound when locking or unlocking the doors. If yours did beep when unlocking/locking, that was an aftermarket add-on, and it's no wonder the dealer wouldn't know anything about it.
Sorry Tom, I didn't explain myself very well. When I push the open button 2 times and wait for 30 seconds I get no sound from my radio. The radio has power and it shows the name of the song and it looks like its working but I get no sound out of the speakers. I thought there might be a fuse that blew or a code you had to program into the radio but I can't find anything in my manual and the dealership has no clue.
