+1 vote for the tire plug repair. It is cheap and reliable.

One time I fixed 3 nails at the same time on the same tire, no leaks and runs like new.

One time the tire picked up a screw driver (I don't know how, but it did) It was thick as a pen, and I fix with regular tire plug as usual, no leaks and keep running like new afterwards.

luckily both cases happened on my old car, not the crossfire.
