That is really discouraging to know the manager is such a peice of work, at the dealership I go to (Arlington Chrysler) the only person I deal with is the service manager and he is a real nice guy. I think since I'm a smaller guy I might not be able to intimidate your dealership's manager and might just try my dealership first for the headlight issue, that or maybe I will invite you along to scare him away.
