I assume so...since I hav'nt seen anyone else with the problem.
They said the mirror has to be ordered from Louisiana....will take a week or so to receive.
I am definitely not finished with them...
I am the one who put the car away and woke to see a shattered mirror for no reason other than the mirrors were both on fire.

I have the number to Chrysler...I will make a phone call.
The service tec h basically called me a liar...without using those words!
Shameful!
