Welcome to the forum, and you shouldn't have much problem selling your car now. This is the best time to sell a sports car. (Especially if it gets decent gas milage).
If you like black Crossfires, you might be able to save a lot of money by finding a "Base" car. Essentially the same car with out all the extras.
The "funky" red leather interior is called cedar/slate, and is available in black, alabaster, ssb, charcoal, gold, and I think silver Limiteds. We love it in our 2004.
The door rust problem is no biggie and something you can take care of in your own garage as long as you can hold a paint brush.
There are lots of deals out there, so good hunting.
