If im wrong on this correct me...
but as you can see the chip really extends at 4 - 5 seconds into the movement... that makes sense because of the engine pushing the fuel timing harder... which shouldnt be done right at the 1 - 3 seconds after you slam the pedal... but with exhaust or an air intake such as Lord's... then the lower numbers would increase because of the dramatic difference in how air is begin a) sucked in... or b) pushed out... which would occur IMMEDIATELY after the gas is touched.... thats why someone can feel the difference in the K&N filters because of the immediate difference in air intake...
so the chip will be used for mid level gain... while a air intake and exhaust would be used for a over all gain.... meaning teaming these up together could result in a pretty big change over all....
