Photoman, do you have one? Have you tried one? If not, I think you'd be surprised.

I was VERY skeptical about the SprintBooster. After all, $300 for a little chip that "simulates you pressing the gas pedal faster" is a hefty price to pay. But that's an over-simplification of what it does.

The end result is a car that responds quicker to your use of the gas pedal. It takes ALL the lag away. When you hit the gas, the engine revs immediately. It also helps with shifting down when you stomp the gas with an automatic tranny.

I am pleased with my SprintBooster. I'm glad I tried it. It makes the car a lot more pleasant to drive. It responds the way you think it should.

For anyone who is skeptical, I suggest you attend an upcoming meet and try someone's car who already has a SprintBooster.
