When I had the car in a couple of months ago for its first oil change..I told them that this "rattle" was not acceptable.The tech couldnt adjust properly... so....the service manager found a TSB from Chrysler......My thoughts are...My X-Fire only has 3300k on it...and as much as I am in love with the car...all these little quirks should be honored by Chrysler!Maybe Mercedes should take over service...What a pipedream that is!!
