I can understand your frustration. But, in defense of the dealers I think the biggest problem is that this car has only been out for a year now and in not very big numbers. I think around 24K units worldwide, by now. The Crossfire Tech.s go through school and get certified and like most things you learn if you don't use it you start losing it. I think we will see that as time passes, the tech.s will have no problems. I do agree with you that the MB folks should be helping their Chrysler brethren until all dealers are up to speed on the car.
