For truly better visibility, I suggest between 4300K and 5000K. I have 5000K on the Crossfire right now and I love them. They are ever so slightly more blue than factory HID's. You really have to stare to notice the difference.
Ditto on everything! I have 6000k and I wish I had gone lower. They light up the road great, but I know that they could be SO MUCH better.
