I did some searching in the service manual. There is a Flywheel locking tool that would allow you to put on the new pulley without it spinning. It's just hard to access the opening for inserting this tool. You have to remove the starter and part of the exhaust. Also, the bolt should be torqued to 148ftlbs +90deg. So I just saved you all 2ftlbs of work. Or 1770 inlbs, which saves you another 6inlbs.
