Let me see if I can explain this rule. You can sell any items posted in the for sale forum. Many of us post items for sale there, including Andrew. You just can't advertise in your signature. That's the rule. To my knowledge Dan was warned many many times. I offered to place his items in the "Market Place", but I think he kept challenging the rule.
