I manufacture them all the time
they are a pain but take it slowly
and i think theres a youtube video on them

i make them with wood ring to hold sub then
Tshirt material wrapped around and stretched to mold shape
then add resin to harden
then glass over, sand then gelcoat
sounds simple after doing them for over 20 years
