yes he is, and if I pull you over for speeding, then you were speeding, cause I am an old cop, and don't like to be bothered..........and you are getting a ticket if your attitude is as follows: I wasn't speeding, don't you have something better to do, why aren't you chasing criminals instead of harassing us citizens, you cops are all alike....and my answer is....yes we are.....have a good day....

interviews are fun, sometimes....I have a short story, Sunday I came into work, we had 1 in the holding cell waiting for a blood draw warrant to be served...he was complaining about his hand being numb from the arresting officer's cuffs being put on too tight...I was asking him as I examined his fingers if he could feel me touching him...he said, no...I asked if the fingers on his other hand were numb too and pointed to his index finger...he physically ran his fingers up and down the opposite hands fingers saying he couldn't feel anything...seemed they were working just fine to me....radial nerve can temporarily cause numbness in the hand...
