Took my car in for an oil change today to a independant shop who came highly recommended by friends and coworkers. They know and work on Crossfires and appear to have done a good job. Checked the car and said everything is good But the tires (I knew it was coming). They recommended Toyo proxy tires, said they would last longer than Eagles. Any thoughts ?

I'm an every day driver, but still put low milage on the car (last car, had it for 13 years = 52,000 miles). Not into racing or such, but do have a bit of a heavy foot, especially with this baby !
