I never thought they were overpriced when new. I did not and still do not feel screwed for paying sticker. The SLK that this was based on was priced 20K+ higher for an ugly body and a leakey roof. This isn't the first car that I've owned that depreciated 20K in 3 years. Didn't bother me then. Doesn't bother me now.

This is the first car since I can't remember when, that I have kept for more than 3 years. Just spent $1500 to spruce up the appearance of a $10K car. Still don't feel screwed. Looks great and I smile every time I get in it.
