I had the day off, so I decided to tackle the speaker cover. I dug up my trim panel tools, and went to work. It was no problem with the right tools. I didn't need a screw driver, nor did I need to take the whole door panel off. I just had to take the silver ring surrounding the speaker mesh off. That was easy once I figured out to slide the trim tool between the ring and speaker mesh from the INSIDE of the ring, not the outside. Pop, pop, and it was off. Another pop or two and the mesh was off. Easy peasy.
