Factory amp is in the passenger footwell... At the amp, the wires are twisted into pairs (as far as I remember) for each speaker...
What you can do, is solder on female RCA ends on the amplifier side, and run two pairs of RCA's from your new deck to the OEM amp... Then you can test the pairs... Another way to test the wires AFTER you cut them at the amp, turn the deck on so the OEM amp is on, and touch each bare wire on the amp side... this way you will hear a little hummmmmm or pop from whichever speakers' relative input you are touching...
