Three seat motors came broken, some small dents in the leather. The shipper didn't insure the package, so I was SOL.
It took me about 20 hours to fix the seat motors. I was annoyed, but the seats still look good.
yeah. i noticed a couple of dents in the leather. that is unfortunate. i would be severely pissed off.
but, on the good side, they look extremely classy.
