I got back, the pulley is 65.3 mm diameter and at the high point of the sheves on the pulley. That is about 2.57 inches and the Root of the sheve is coming in about 2.44 or 62.8 but that is probably not necessary info, Ill measure the stocker when I replace it this weekend, FYI.

Woody, thanks for the info on the size. When I put the digital caliper on
the Code3 pulley I got from the first batch, I got a reading of about 65.08
on the outer diameter. Maybe you should put yours on a lathe and trim
it down
. Hmm, maybe I shouldn't suggest that. Just might find myself
looking at a picture of the Code3 pulley sitting next to a wheel grinder.
