You should really avoid the fix-a-flat stuff whenever possible. Fellow forum members have reported that it ruins your tire. The goo basically renders the tire un-repairable.
You will be better served with a good tire plug repair kit.
I guess in an emergency, the goo will save the day, but you may need to buy a new tire to replace an otherwise repairable tire.
