the rear quarter is a sealed with a metal inner liner... even if you take out the hatch trim, most likely you won't be able to access the backside of the panel... i have been told the only way to access it is... to drill a small hole in the metal well area.

the best method imo... is to use a hot glue tip with a rivet puller tool (specialty paintless dent tool)... hope this helps!
