SVT Ford Lightning - Generation 3 due out in 05/06 has a system that adds a reported 50 HP to the supercharged engine by redirecting A/C charged cold air directly into the intake track during high boost demands

It does not operate constantly, only when the tps reaches a specific voltage

Once the demand (i.e. drag strip run, stop light run) is over the system goes into a recharge mode and is ready for the next round of running

Concept is good, cool air, more dense, more power is a proven fact, if you can get the system to work when you need it
