Some fuel tuners allow you to save and run dual tunes at the flip of a switch. The mafterburner II for example allows you to have a tune for street and a tune for strip (using nitrous or meth or what ever you want). I ran a mafterburner and they are so easy to tune with. He may be running something like that (mafterburner, APEXI, etc)
