I'm skeptical of the horsepower gains claimed. 3 horsepower is 2.2 kW.

That means that if adding this kit added 3 horsepower, then it stopped 2.2kW from being wasted just through the electrical connections. That's a pretty serious claim. Heck, I'd wire that stuff into my house just to save money on my monthly electricity bill.

Interesting install, but I don't buy the horsepower part.
