There are several down here in Manassas/Manassas Park, but I've never had any extra tinting done myself.
I am interested though, so if you find more info (or maybe a place that will give a group discount???
), please do post it. I would like to tint my side windows to the legal limit (front side windows 50%, rear side windows 35%). Be careful with the metallic's... anything with >20% reflectance (or holographic/prism films) is illegal in VA (46.2-1052).
