I'm not ready to take mine off yet, but I wouldn't bother putting them back on either. The letters are a pain in the butt.
Haven't taken mine off....yet, but whenever I wax it etc., it make me think about doing it more and more. I agree with you, why bother putting them back on.
The only thing I removed thus far is the dealers name, its not his car anymore.
