Maybe it depends on which octane you put in first. It might be that you could layer the octanes, 2 gal. 93, 2 gal. 89, 2 gal. 87, 2 gal. 93 etc.
Just kidding aschrager, you may be right but it doesn't sound right that the octanes will not mix.
Any experts out there that could clarify this.?
