If I drive the car normal and not get on it, it's fine. But if I floor it and hits redline, then shifts, its going into limp mode! Like it is running on 4 cylinders! Then I have to pull over and shut the engine off and restart it! Then all the power is back, but engine light is on. What you have there is a mis-fire on several cylinders. Usually accompanied by a FLASHING CEL. If this is the case, the codes will confirm.
