either setup would be 304ss, probably 321ss for the headers, full tig'd, polished and with a great warranty with all included hardware and most likely interchangable straight pipes for the cats/resonators.
If you do not go with headers, the power gained will be fairly negligible.

I want an update on the sheet metal intake plenums you guys were working on!!! They will probably be worth as much power as a full exhaust. If you decide not to include headers in the exhaust package, I guarantee the plenums will be worth more.
