I don't really know what's going on with everything yet, I haven't really had time to look into it yet but I'm not sure I could go after the town because the tree is on her property and part of it. I'm not exactly an expert on this stuff though lol. And yes my deductible is $1,000 on everything. I could have paid for it not too long ago but I lost my job and my funds are getting pretty scarce.
