Gary's right "falling objects" come under comp coverage but I think no warning shot said he had a 1000$ deductible. I don't think the 'ding doctors' would mess with it because its on a crease. Its a tough one to swallow, I feel for you. Dealt with this kind of loss all too often this summer.
