I talked with the people running the show. I can handle the registration as our XFI club instead of individually. As soon as we have a good count of who's coming I can let them know. Last minute people can be handled at the gate on Sunday, no problems.

I have place we can all meet in the morning for those interested. Only a couple of miles from the show.
