They did not reposition the mirrors. The TSB had them do something with the window guides. Sorry for the confusion, the attendant that called me from the shop told me that they repositioned the mirrors. He mis-read the paperwork because the work order stated that the window guides were adjusted and that the remaining noise was "turbulence of the wind going over the mirrors". Either way most of the wind noise has been diminished and I'm very happy with that.
