There are tons of head units out there, and some have replaced their head units, amps and speakers and have been please with the results.

However I think most of us here are waiting for true nirvana: a unit with a current feature set that matches the dash - at least in color, if not in style too. Hopefully something will show up soon because it's been mighty dry in that regard lately.
