We still need to figure out pricing, bathrooms, and all that good stuff. One nice thing, this year we are paying a corporation to park, if we go with the 12 mile parking on Woodward next year, we would be paying the schools that the whole WDC was started to help in the first place!

I'll have to talk with Jamie, we might be able to procure a few spots this year if anyone is interested. Nothing promised.......just something to think about.
Steve, Good work, the more people stepping up to plan a GTG the better! In fairness to the owner of this years lot, Beaumont Property's, all rental payments from the WDC are donated to the Children's Network a charity group for kids.

Where would the space be? 12 and Woodward has some lots. The only thing that comes to mind which could take up to 100 cars is the strip along the cemetery, which presents a problem. It's grass with only one entrance/exit to it requiring cars to drive down on the grass/sidewalk. I don't think a Crossfire could/should do this, it's not stable, mucky and uneven. Once parked you couldn't get out until the cars between you and the entrance/exit had left as you are parked in. The only other way out is to drive off the curb onto Woodward. That really would not be good for a XF!
Shrine Middle School (not their Church building at the corner) has a big lot behind a fence, but don't they use it for their own WDC activities?
Keep checking into it, I'm more than happy to go along with the group's choices and follow the leader!

Hey are you in for Friday dinner this year? let me know.
About that dinner is in Royal Oak, at Woodys. I have almost finished the parking arrangements and will get specific directions, address, phone numbers out to each of you next couple of days. Thanks for waiting.
