I personally don't think there is a lot of differences in "out of the box tunes". I believe the main difference is how far the tuner wants to push the limits of the engine. I know my RENNtech tune is probably a little on the conservative side, but that's because they don't want to push the engine to the limits. I had asked them about retuning the ECU after I had my car dyno'ed and found it started dumping fuel at 5,100 RPM to cool the IAT's. They offered to retune it for free, but said they would like to see some data logs of the IAT's before doing it. Jerry had rode with me down the track a couple times at US 41 with his data logger and said the tune did not look to bad, that the main thing it was pulling the timing a little to much in his opinion.
